    Job Description:

    ·      Strong foundation in data science concepts and methods.

    ·      Proficiency in Python for data analysis and developing AI systems.

    ·      Experience with SQL for querying and managing relational databases.

    ·      Understanding of Generative AI concepts and practical prompt engineering

    techniques (creating and optimizing AI prompts for model performance).

    ·      Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and techniques (such as Large Language Models and Prompt Engineering).

    Key Skills and Qualifications:

    ·      Exposure to Generative AI and machine learning concepts and their real-world applications.

    ·      Familiarity with LangChain

    ·        Help configure and implement generative AI systems, specifically in the context of

    large language models (LLMs) and RAG.

    ·      Basic knowledge of cloud technologies and their role in AI solution deployment.

    ·      Exposure to GitHub and development practices for cloud-based applications.

    Preferred skills:

    ·      Hands-on Experience: Gain practical experience by working with cutting-edge AI technologies like Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning/Deep Learning in Academic projects.

    We are seeking a highly motivated HR Freelancer to support our HR operations on a project or contract basis.     Key Responsibilities

    • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles based on client needs.
    • HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
    • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
    • Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with new employee onboarding and exit processes.
    • Payroll & Benefits Support: Advise on compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
    • Training & Development: Design and conduct employee training sessions as needed.
    • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, prepare reports, and support HR documentation.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an HR professional (3+ years preferred).
    • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
    • Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
    • Certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is an advantage but not required.
