Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Freelancer to support our HR operations on a project or contract basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR policy development. This role is perfect for HR professionals looking for flexible work opportunities while utilizing their skills to support multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles based on client needs.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with new employee onboarding and exit processes.
  • Payroll & Benefits Support: Advise on compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
  • Training & Development: Design and conduct employee training sessions as needed.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, prepare reports, and support HR documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR professional (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
  • Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is an advantage but not required.
