1. User Agreement

By registering on IAmOnNotice, you agree to provide accurate information, including job history, notice periods, and other relevant details. Misrepresentation may lead to account termination. Both job seekers and employers must act responsibly in their interactions on the platform.

2. Data Privacy & Protection

We comply with The Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Data Protection Bill of India. Your personal data will be securely stored and used only for purposes outlined in our privacy policy, including job application processes and notice period verification. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and usage of your data.

3. Content Responsibility

All content uploaded by users (including profiles, resumes, job posts, and notices) is their responsibility. IAmOnNotice holds the right to remove any inappropriate or fraudulent content. Misuse or false information may result in the suspension or termination of the account.

4. Service Description

IAmOnNotice offers a job platform connecting job seekers (currently serving notice periods) and employers. Services include job postings, notice period verification, and candidate profile management. Additional services or features may be introduced, and their use will be governed by these terms.

5. Subscription Plans

Details of subscription plans for employers and job seekers, including free and premium services, are outlined on the platform. Services offered under each plan will differ, including the availability of verification services, access to premium profiles, etc.

6. Verification of Notice Period Documentation

Once a job seeker uploads notice period documents (such as exit portal screenshots, resignation letters, or HR confirmation emails), BluHire/IAmOnNotice will verify them. The status will be displayed on the job seeker’s profile for visibility to both employers and job seekers. Verification will be enabled based on the employer's subscription plan.

7. Referral Program Integration

IAmOnNotice provides a referral program where registered users can refer job seekers currently serving their notice period. Successful referrals that lead to placements may be rewarded. Full details are provided in the referral policy.

8. Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from:

Uploading false or misleading information.
Harassing, spamming, or misusing other users.
Unauthorized access to other accounts or private information. Violations may result in the suspension or permanent termination of the user’s account.

9. Disclaimer

IAmOnNotice is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by users. Decisions based on this information are made at the employer's or job seeker's own risk. We provide no guarantee of employment or successful hiring through the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IAmOnNotice be held responsible for any damages arising from the use of our services. We are not liable for any employment decisions, delays, or failures in job matching.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

IAmOnNotice reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Users, clients, vendors, and business users must periodically review these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Termination of Account

IAmOnNotice may terminate or suspend accounts at its sole discretion if a user is found violating any terms or involved in unlawful activities.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law, specifically The Information Technology Act, 2000 and any relevant employment regulations. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

14. Consent to Share Information

As part of the job-seeking process on IAmOnNotice, job seekers consent to sharing their personal and professional details such as name, email address, phone number, and job-related information with potential employers and companies for recruitment purposes. By using this platform, employees agree to this data-sharing policy, which is essential for connecting job seekers with potential opportunities. Acceptance of this condition is mandatory for all users.
