    • Source and screen qualified IT candidates for US-based clients.
    • Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and networking channels to identify potential candidates.
    • Manage the entire recruitment process, including interview coordination and follow-up with candidates.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier IT candidates.
    • Ensure that all candidates align with client specifications and requirements.
    • Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring goals and deadlines.


    Requirements:

    • 2 to 6+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
    • Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
    • Expertise in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment deadlines.
    • Strong understanding of US IT job market trends and client requirements.
