Senior HR Recruiter

Reporting To: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, ATS, and other creative channels.
- Conduct preliminary interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate technical rounds.
- Negotiate offers, manage documentation, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates and reports to leadership.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media, job fairs, and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and assessment tools.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRMS platforms (e.g., Zoho, Workday, Greenhouse).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously with a sense of urgency and ownership.
- Team player with high levels of initiative and integrity.
