Job Summary – SAP HR Consultant
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP HR Consultant to join our team and drive the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Human Resource (HR) modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR business processes and the ability to translate them into effective SAP solutions.
You will be responsible for analyzing requirements, configuring SAP HR (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, etc.), and working closely with HR and technical teams to ensure the system is optimized and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into SAP HR solutions
- Configure and maintain core SAP HR modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time, and Payroll)
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR system issues
- Collaborate with internal HR stakeholders and IT teams
- Develop functional documentation, training materials, and conduct user training sessions
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SAP HR modules and end-to-end business processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field
- SAP Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
