Role Overview
This is a full-time role based in Bengaluru that offers the best of both worlds: ownership of execution and exposure to strategy. You’ll be responsible for driving paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube while simultaneously leading SEO growth across on-page, off-page, and content initiatives. You'll also explore and deploy automation and growth workflows to scale smarter.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Marketing
- Launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Own campaign setup: audience targeting, budgets, creatives, bidding, and tracking.
- Run A/B tests across ad copies and creatives to improve ROAS and reduce CPA.
- Collaborate with design/content teams to generate and test new asset variations.
- Implement accurate conversion tracking via GA4, GTM, and platform-specific pixels.
SEO
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes to enhance crawlability, indexability, and site speed.
- Lead keyword research, clustering, and content planning to drive high-intent traffic.
- Optimise on-page elements: meta tags, headers, internal links, schema markup, and content structure.
- Build off-page authority through high-quality backlink strategies and outreach.
- Track and improve SEO KPIs: keyword rankings, organic traffic, bounce rate, and goal completions.
- Adapt SEO strategies for AI-driven search visibility (e.g., SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity) by structuring content for featured snippets, semantic relevance, and natural language clarity.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and SEO.
- Experience with B2B companies (preferred).
- Strong command of GA4, GSC, GTM, and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Data-first mindset with proficiency in Excel, Sheets, and basic analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and balance paid and organic efforts effectively.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
Bonus Points For:
- Agency-side experience across multiple industries.
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
- Familiarity with Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script, or Supermetrics.
- Experience with CRO tools like Hotjar or A/B testing tools.
