Role Overview
As our Business Development Manager, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand. You will identify growth opportunities, forge strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to new and existing customers. This role blends strategic thinking, consultative sales, and sharp execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
- Build and nurture strong client relationships with CXOs, HR heads, and decision-makers
- Develop and present tailored pitches, proposals, and solutions to client pain points
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain CRM pipelines, track targets, and generate weekly/monthly sales reports
- Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking platforms
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest go-to-market strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus)
- 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Experience in [industry-specific BD – e.g., recruitment, SaaS, tech solutions]
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
