Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP SAM Consultant with strong expertise in Service Asset Management (SAM) or SAP Work Centre Management. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills to coordinate support and maintenance activities with customers and project teams. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide SAP SAM (Service Asset Management) support and maintenance to clients.
- Collaborate with the customer and project teams to ensure smooth system operations.
- Conduct functional testing and troubleshoot issues related to SAP SAM or Work Centre Management.
- Support system improvements, enhancements, and configurations.
- Ensure timely issue resolution and proactive system monitoring.
- Willingness to provide weekend (day shift) support as needed.
Must-Have Skills:
✅ SAP SAM (Service Asset Management) or SAP Work Centre Management
✅ Oil & Gas industry experience (functional expertise)
✅ Strong testing skills for system validation
✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills
✅ Ability to support weekend shifts (day shift) when required

- S/4HANA Work Clearance Management (WCM)
