As SAP Procurement Product Team, our mission is to provide the world’s leading cloud-based spend management solution, unifying the SAP Procurement portfolio across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba Applications & Business Network, and SAP Fieldglass. To strengthen further our team, we are looking for a Quality specialist to join a new team working on Supplier Risk which will work on integrating the Supplier Risk capabilities into the procurement process, as well as enhancing the scoring capabilities. This individual will be a key member of the team working to analyze the requirements, design test scenarios, prepare manual test cases, execute against monthly release cycles. This individual will also work on automating these manual test cases for regression purpose.
**THE ROLE**
- As a Quality Automation specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing manual and automated tests to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are satisfied, such as performance, resilience, scalability, usability, security, and corporate compliance
- Work closely with team comprised of Developers, UX Designers and Product Managers
- Work within a global agile team
- Work with engineers to drive improvements in overall quality, automation and testing processes and practices
- Continue identify opportunities for test automations, tooling and processes for better quality management should be your interest
- Besides quality related skills, you need to master business domain knowledge, since you will help the team ensure the delivered features fits product requirement
- After the product requirements are defined, you need to immediately work on quality assurance plan including test cases, test data preparation and test method, etc. This means, you will work very closely with team product owner to make sure the test coverage and delivery quality met the delivery goal.
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- BE/BTech/MTech/MCA (full time) from Premier Universities
- 6+ years’ experience in Software Quality Management area
- Solid experience in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing and regression testing
- Experience with several testing algorithms and automation frameworks
- Good knowledge on Automation tools like Selenium, UFT etc.
- Independent, self-motivated, and proactive profile
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of non-functional testing approaches and tooling
- Experience testing highly available, high throughput, distributed systems deployed in the cloud
- Experience working in a Continuous Integration and Delivery environment and the associated processes and tooling
- Good knowledge of Quality Management
- Embrace the Agile process, be self-empowered, take ownership of, and responsibility for your work; collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and other teams.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and an evolving technology stack
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good familiarity with SCRUM
- Very Good team player
