Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to market our IT consultants, interact with vendors, and ensure successful placements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US IT recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and place IT consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US citizens) on projects with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients for business development.
- Source job openings from various job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and social networks.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and employment terms with clients and consultants.
- Ensure proper documentation, including agreements, contracts, and visa status verification.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to understand market trends and client requirements.
- Submit consultants for open job positions and follow up on interview schedules and feedback.
- Maintain a database of consultants, vendors, and client contacts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Bench Sales and US IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and visa classifications.
- Experience with job portals and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with US-based clients.
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
